Allstar is embedded in the team delivering a five-year program of works to uplift Urban Utilities digital capabilities in monitoring and controlling their entire water and sewerage networks to deliver secure, sustainable and improved service. As a key partner of Comdain, Allstar is providing project management services to deliver a fully integrated new SCADA solution that will ultimately benefit Queensland communities by improving environmental compliance and water quality, reduce water loss and modernise electrical and control system infrastructure to assist with advanced preventative and proactive maintenance works

OUR SCOPE:

Project management services
Stakeholder engagement and authority liaison
Diverse electrical installations
Construction of in situ structures for new RTUs
Civil works including Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), TRU pads, trenches, anode beds and all reinstatement

HIGHLIGHTS/CHALLENGES:

Works delivered across broad geographical area
Working within and around High Voltage assets
Meticulous planning to meet all deliverables at regional locations, e.g. travel, materials, resources, etc.
