Fulton Hogan engaged Allstar to provide diverse civil, structural and mechanical works at the Luggage Point
Sewage Treatment Plant as part of Urban Utilities Northern Treatment Plant Capital Works Program. The program is delivering brownfield treatment plant renewals and upgrades at six major urban and coastal sewage treatment plants and is being delivered through the Program Management Approach (PMA) operating model that will transition the business from an asset- centric business to a customer centric organisation.
